Social Work Student Placements

OPAL provides social work placements for students from our partner universities.

Over the past 15 years, we have supported many students, some of whom have gone on to make significant contributions as part of the local Learning Disability Social Worker team. Their success stories stand as a testament to the value of our program.

Our team includes registered social workers and practice educators who provide excellent supervision and guidance. We ensure that OPAL offers valuable learning opportunities that help students meet the Professional Capabilities Framework.
